This policy covers the Mieru Consulting website (mieruconsulting.ai) and the contact form on it. Mieru Consulting is an independent AI governance and compliance advisory practice. This is a small, independent practice — this policy is written in plain language on purpose, and it'll be updated as the practice grows.

What's collected

When you submit the contact form, the following is collected: your name, email address, organization (if provided), and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else on this site asks you for personal information.

The hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical data for every visitor — things like IP address and browser type — as part of running the site, independent of the form. This site does not add its own analytics or tracking on top of that.

This page's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address as part of serving the font files, separately from anything on this site.

How it's used

Form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, and evaluate whether working together makes sense. Nothing submitted is used for marketing emails, added to a newsletter, or shared with anyone beyond what's needed to deliver the message to the inbox it's addressed to.

Third-party processors

Two outside services are involved in running this site: Resend, which relays contact form submissions by email, and Vercel, which hosts the site itself. Neither is authorized to use your information beyond that role. See their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle data in transit.

Retention

Information from the contact form is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up — generally no more than 24 months from the last exchange — and deleted sooner on request.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted through this site. Use the contact form on the homepage to make that request.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own cookies or use tracking scripts. The only outside requests it makes are to load web fonts and, when you submit it, to send the contact form.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the practice grows. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
